We use PayPal to process all payments, which accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. However, you do not need a PayPal account to complete your order. Simply choose the "Alternative Checkout" option on the checkout page and you will be prompted for the information required to complete your transaction.
International customers, please note that we cannot legally mark shipments as gifts, so you may or may not be required to pay VAT or customs fees upon receipt, depending on your country's laws and practices. However, we have yet to have an international customer report any problems.
We currently ship to the United States and most other countries. We typically process orders within 1-3 business days, but strive to ship the same or next business day. Once the package has shipped, a tracking number will be provided via both the PayPal and eCrater invoices.
Please be sure that the mailing address provided is accurate or your shipment may be lost or significantly delayed. If an incorrect address was provided, we will not be responsible for lost shipments or delivery delays. We will do our best to notify the USPS that forwarding is required, but there is no guarantee it will work.
We ship via USPS First-Class, Parcel Select or Priority Mail and UPS or Fedex Ground. Please note that delivery times stated by a courier are not guaranteed and are merely estimates, but we do provide tracking with all packages for your reference.
We also monitor the progress of each shipment to ensure that your package is delivered and keep you informed of any delays. While delays do not occur very often, they should be expected during the holiday season and during times when Mother Nature is wreaking havoc on delivery routes.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
When returning or exchanging an item, please follow the instructions provided on the back of the invoice included with the Thank You card. Refunds are provided via the payment method you chose at checkout. If an exchange of the same item is not available, your options are a refund or an exchange of equal or lesser value.
We do our best to ensure your satisfaction, so please be sure to check the condition and accuracy of the item(s) immediately upon receipt. If there is any problem whatsoever, please contact Nicole toll free at (866) 548-2064 so that it may be properly addressed.
Returns are accepted for a full refund in the event an item is defective, damaged or lost during shipment, or received in error; or you may opt for an exchange of equal or lesser value. For general returns and exchanges, customers are responsible for all shipping costs and any incurred by Purple Iris will be deducted from the refund.
In the event an item is damaged during shipment, the original packaging will be required by the USPS to honor an insurance claim. So please be sure to keep everything together as you received it and contact Nicole to expedite the return/refund/exchange process.
General returns of books or other media are not accepted due to common duplicating/piracy issues. For all other items, if you are simply unhappy with your purchase for whatever reason, we want to know about it so we can ensure you are satisfied. So please do contact Nicole and she will be more than happy to work with you.
Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. Your information will never be sold to anyone and only your name and mailing address will be shared with those involved in providing the items you have ordered. However, we may use your phone number and/or email address to contact you in the event there is a problem with your order.
We may also use your mailing and/or email address on a periodic basis to inform you of promotions and special offers. In the case your email address is used, you will be given the opportunity to opt out of future promotions and special offers directly within the email. To opt out of physical mailings, simply call our toll free number below.
